En el cas dels <strong>EEUU<\/strong> caldria esperar fins a <strong>1876<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Que el polo fou <strong>ol\u00edmpic<\/strong> en els Jocs de <strong>1900<\/strong>, <strong>1908<\/strong>, <strong>1920<\/strong>, <strong>1924<\/strong> i <strong>1936<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Que el <strong>camp<\/strong> de polo <strong>m\u00e9s antic del m\u00f3n<\/strong> estava situat al <strong>Tibet<\/strong>. Fou constru\u00eft el segle VI aC. Tot i que no existeix, encara s&#8217;hi poden veure els arcs i restes de les murades que l&#8217;envoltaven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Que en el polo est\u00e0 <strong>prohibit utilitzar la m\u00e0 equerra<\/strong> tot i que el jugador sigui <strong>esquerr\u00e0<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Que els partits es divideixen en <strong>8 temps<\/strong>, o <strong>chukkers<\/strong>, de <strong>7 minuts<\/strong> cadascun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Que el polo modern fou introdu\u00eft a l&#8217;Estat per <strong>Pedro Nolasco Gonz\u00e1lez<\/strong>, bodeguer de Jerez, que conegu\u00e9 aquest esport a <strong>Anglaterra<\/strong> el <strong>1870<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Que el primer club de polo de l&#8217;Estat fou el <strong>Jerez Polo Club<\/strong>. Data del <strong>1872<\/strong> i fou fundat pel referit Pedro Nolasco al seu retorn a la Pen\u00ednsula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Que aquest esport d\u00f3na nom al model de cotxe de la marca <strong>Volkswagen<\/strong>. Casualment, \u00e9s el model m\u00e9s venut a <strong>Europa<\/strong>.
